Community Brain Health Day

This month the Healthy Brain Initiative and Roots Community Health is hosting a Community Brain Health Day on March 24th, 2022 from 10-12 pm via Zoom. Our event is in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and will be featuring presentations from Family Caregiver Alliance, and the Santa Clara County Public Health Department.  This event, in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association, will focus on how we can protect our cognitive health through food and diet, disease awareness, and community-based resources.
