We understand the wait for Hearts & Minds to reopen has been long, and we hope that it will end soon. We remain closed due to Community Care Licensing requirements that all adult day care programs not provide in-person services due to COVID. We are anxious to reopen and provide the much-needed care and services that our community needs. As soon as we have any information as to when we will be allowed to reopen, we will contact everyone individually as well as post the update on our website and social media.
